A day spent on the water aboard a sailing yacht promises a serene escape into nature, where the rhythmic move of the boat and the caress of the wind create a tranquil atmosphere. I started learning sailing skills with Captain Viktoria after she was recommended to me. It marked the beginning of a practical and enriching journey into the world of sailing. Drawn by her passion for the sea and sailing, I decided to embark on a two-week training session in Tallinn under her expert guidance and afterwards invited me to join a thrilling competition in Croatia. The event was a perfect blend of stunning Croatian landscapes, delectable cuisine, warm seas, invigorating winds, heart-pounding racing, adrenaline rushes, lively parties, and the chance to forge new connections. During the competition, Captain Viktoria teached me the finer points of sailing, a skill I've embraced wholeheartedly. Now, I proudly stand as a member of the formidable women-power crew "The One". Grateful and proud to be part of it.
We had the pleasure of taking several practical lessons from Viktoria with the aim of introducing my daughters to the world of sailing and establishing our own family crew. Under Viktoria’s expert guidance, my daughters learned essential sailing skills, safety rules, and developed a true passion for the sea. We deeply appreciate Victoria's professionalism, patience, and positive vibes. What stands out the most is Viktoria's love for the sea, which she shares generously, inspiring everyone around her.
Discovering sailing was one of the best things that happened to me. I never liked many sports, but sailing, with its various forms for sport, leisure, and extreme experiences, caught my interest. I began taking classes with Viktoria, and my appreciation for the calming effects of the sea grew into a genuine passion for sailing. I now proudly hold a captain's license. The enjoyment of teamwork further enriched my experience, and our journey to Croatia stands out as a highlight where we had the best time navigating the Adriatic waters. Now, I find immense satisfaction in embracing the extreme aspects of sailing. The stronger the winds and waves, the more my love for the sport deepens. Sailing has become not just a pastime but a profound adventure that constantly challenges and fulfills me in ways I liked much less about other sports. Rigorous training sessions, coupled with a deepening understanding of wind patterns, boat handling, and navigation, propelled me to confidently tackle challenges on the open sea. Today, I find myself in a women-power team "The One". Glad to be a part of it.
